absolutely not impressed. the reception staff seemed to be on an eternal coffee break, leaving us stranded upon arrival. I expected a complimentary upgrade for all the trouble, but clearly, that’s too much to ask. The bathroom, while functional, needed a scrub. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t, due to the nuisances.

Hotel Boutique Restaurant Gloria was such a fantastic place to stay! The breakfasts were made fresh and were truly delicious, with everything from omelettes to fresh fruits. The location was perfect. just a short walk to all the main attractions, yet surprisingly quiet for a central location. The staff was incredibly helpful, making our stay feel personal and welcoming.

Nice hotel with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, and a bar/lounge area. On my first stay, the staff kindly returned my forgotten shower bag. I highly recommend it for its cleanliness and attentive service, and I'm coming back soon.

my stay was fantastic, just a few steps from the stunning Et'hem Bey Mosque and a short walk to the lively Toptani Shopping Center, and I especially enjoyed the generous breakfast that felt like a feast each morning.
